Day 1: Puerto maldonado to Tambopata National Reserve .
Your Amazon adventure begins with a warm welcome at Puerto Maldonado Airport or the bus terminal. After a short briefing, we’ll travel to the river port, where you’ll board a motorized canoe and cruise along the Tambopata River to our eco-lodge, surrounded by lush tropical rainforest.
After enjoying a delicious Amazonian lunch, we’ll take an introductory jungle walk to discover the region’s incredible biodiversity.
