Day 1: The Manu Reserved from Cusco to Pilcopata – Entering the Cloud Forest

Your adventure begins bright and early in Cusco at 5:00 a.m., traveling from the highlands to the tropical jungle. The scenic drive is a stunning transition from mountain landscapes to lush forest.

Ninamarca Tombs: Visit ancient pre-Incan funerary towers, steeped in Lupaca cultural heritage.
Paucartambo: Stop in this colonial town, rich with traditional music, festivals, and local life.
