The Tambopata National Reserve is one of the most remarkable natural destinations on the planet, renowned for its extraordinary diversity of ecosystems and species of flora and fauna.
Located in the Madre de Dios region, in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, this protected area combines vast lowland tropical forests, Amazonian rivers, and transition zones leading toward the majestic higher-altitude cloud forests.
This incredible territory is a true paradise for nature lovers, wildlife photographers, and ecotourism enthusiasts.

Its landscapes preserve one of the most important concentrations of biodiversity in the world, where visitors can observe emblematic species such as macaws, monkeys, jaguars, tapirs, and a wide variety of tropical birds.

For many years, Tambopata was one of the most isolated areas of the Peruvian Amazon

, inhabited mainly by Indigenous communities and visited by researchers interested in discovering its natural treasures.  Over time, scientists and conservation organizations recognized the ecological importance of this territory as part of a natural corridor connecting important protected areas of Peru and Bolivia.

Thanks to conservation efforts, the Tambopata National Reserve continues to protect unique ecosystems and provide a safe haven for thousands of species.

Today, it is considered one of the best places in the world to experience the Amazon rainforest, learn about local culture, and enjoy a sustainable adventure surrounded by unforgettable landscapes.
